1. Telosa, USA
Telosa is a concept conceived by Marc Lore, a millionaire, to establish a new city in the United States that will become a model for future generations, expand human potential, and establish a global standard for urban living. Bjarke Ingels Group's sustainable metropolis will use renewable energy, prioritize green spaces, and store, clean, and reuse water. In addition to activities that benefit the environment, the city will be founded on equities, a form of economic organization in which citizens own the land that the city occupies. By the year 2050, the project aims to have a population of five million.
2. Oceanix Busan, South Korea
Oceanix Busan may be the first floating-city proposal to complete completion, even though floating-city projects are becoming more popular in recent times. Busan quickly joined Oceanix to assist in constructing the prototype, which was presented to the United Nations in April 2022. Moreover, Oceanix had initially recruited Bjarke Ingels Group and SAMOO to design the city. It is constructed entirely of rock, an environmentally sustainable and reparative substance. It may be an example of coastal towns grappling with the challenges posed by climate change, including rising sea levels.
3. Dholera Smart City, India
Dholera Smart City, which was inaugurated in 2013 by the then-chief minister of Gujarat, Dholera, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is the first of eight smart cities that are being developed throughout India with the following objectives in mind: alleviate congestion and pollution, enhance public facilities, foster innovation, and offer a technologically advanced environment. Over 920 square kilometers, Dholera is India's most extensive greenfield urban development. It is situated approximately 100 kilometers southwest of Ahmedabad. Accordingly, the government of Gujarat state and India are collectively working together to construct the project.

4. Net City, China
Tencent, a Chinese technology company, revealed its plans for Net City in 2020. Net City is a car-free city of the future, approximately the size of Monaco, and it is now being built in Shenzhen. More than 22 million square feet of urban growth will reportedly be built across the Pearl River. In addition, based on the current designs, this' city within a city' will emphasize pedestrians using green areas and autonomous vehicles.
5. Nusantara, Indonesia
By its anticipated completion in 2045, Nusantara, located on the eastern coast of the Indonesian island of Borneo, will reportedly span approximately 990 square miles.
